What are carbohydrates your body? Carbohydrates (sugar, in abbreviated form) from your body the necessary energy they need to ensure the physical and mental activities. Although carbohydrates are the body's functions, too much sugar can have devastating consequences for health. Excessive consumption of carbohydrates can lead to obesity and type 2 diabetes. The scientific evidence is a hypertension of obesity, heart disease and even arthritis. An ordinary person to 130 grams of carbohydrates per day to be healthy. And consume the necessary amount of carbohydrates per day, but not to do! Or are there serious consequences.
